Villa holidays?

Looking for recommendations please for good place to book a villa holiday for small family (2 adults and one child). Lots of places we look are big villas which are costly. Open to ideas on sunny locations but Greece would be nice.

I would day not over £3000 and cheaper if possible to include flights.

Nice clean place with private pool.
