I have been waiting for a PCR test for over a week now. Just spoke to the manager from my local depot who was extremely rude to me. I know that Royal Mail have had delays ever since covid hit, but I thought that PCR tests are priority? Is there actually any point in filing a complaint or will it just be ignored?

I actually wasn't, I deliberately made a point of not being rude because at the end of the day, these people are just trying to do their job like the rest of us. When he raised his voice, I just stayed silent and then he hung up the phone on me. I genuinely wouldn't even care if it was anything else but it's a PCR test. What should I do?

I was threatened and intimidated by a RM staff member who didn't even listen to my complaint. I didn't pursue it as I was fully aware that this horrible man knew my name and address and didn't wish for any more mail to "go missing"

Disgusting. So sorry to hear about your experience. All good though because I reported him to Royal Mail and all my post came through the letterbox a couple of hours later. So in other words, had I not made that complaint, my PCR's and everything else wouldn't have arrived. Terrible service. Thanks for all your help pp's
