Lunch ideas

Please share your quick & easy lunch ideas, I just can’t get inspiration and end up buying crap

Soup
Eggs
Bagels
Toasted sandwich

I often make a massive pan of soup on Monday which lasts a few days. Or a big pasta salad so I don't need to think too much. But if I'm at home I like:
sauteed mushrooms with garlic and grated cheese on toast
an omelette
scrambled eggs on toast
mashed avocado on toast
wraps with humous, boiled eggs and peppers
Mozzarella and Parma ham paninis

If you have roast meat (chicken, beef), then the next day put leftovers in a baguette with salad & mayo.

If for super you have pasta, cook extra, let it cool, then add canned tuna, sweetcorn, and mayo for tuna pasta salad.

Super = great
supper= meal
