Isolation guilt

I tested positive on a routine LFT last Tuesday night. So my 'day 5' was Sunday. Still positive on Monday, Tuesday and today. The line was definitely fainter today.

The thing is, I work in a school so I'm following their isolation guidance: isolate for 5 full days, then you can return after 2 negative tests 24 hours apart or after 10 days, whichever is soonest.

As well as reporting daily to the relevant 'absence person', I've been keeping my head of year and the class teacher I work most closely with informed of my situation. Also, a few other colleagues have been in contact to ask how I'm doing.

Over the past couple of days I've had one or two comments about how my isolation seems to be going on for ages etc etc.

I'm starting to doubt myself and keep counting days to make sure I'm correct.

I'm following the school's own guidance but, flippin' heck, I'm starting to feel really guilty and like I'm lying. I send in photos of the tests just to prove I'm not making this up!!

Anyone else felt like this??
