Mirena bleeding again

Had mirena for about 7 months. I've still had a cycle from the start albeit very light.

This last one has been more like a proper bleed, worse pmt, old pattern hormonal migraine.

Anyone else has this suddenly with mirena? Did it revert back again ?

I’ve had mine for almost a year. I recently had a cycle where bleeding was much heavier than normal but on the whole it’s been brill in terms of symptoms. What I do have is a huge increase in night sweats over the past two weeks, so hormonal fluctuations are normal I guess.

How old are you ? Do you need to add oestrogen for HRT ?
