Can I do this with pancakes?

Im thinking of making pancakes during the day tomorrow then putting them in the microwave to warm up for dinner time. We get home about 17:15 so it would be a lot quicker. Would this work??

Might be a bit soggy. Oven might be better, depending on how crispy you like them.

Make them but warm in a hot pan, takes no time at all and wayyyy tastier them microwave as they’ll be soggy and wayyyy quicker than from scratch

Would probably be quicker to just make the mixture today and leaving it in the fridge overnight - you can then very quickly make fresh pancakes for dinner. Otherwise I use the chefs method of a huge saucepan full of boiling water, leave to simmer while you place a big plate on top and pile your pancakes on there. I do this to keep them hot while cooking them but I'm sure it would work equally well for reheating.

We've warmed a pile of about 20 pancakes in the oven. Stacked them on a plate, put a clean T-towel over the top to stop the top/edges drying out. Lowish oven (say 160 degrees). Worked fine and much quicker than warming them one by one.

Yep, I've made a batch today for breakfast tomorrow (the small chunky American ones). I just don't have time in the morning to make them as they take so long, so we'll just pop them in the microwave on the morning. We regularly do this with pancakes as I usually make a large batch so there's enough for the following day.
