Anybody got experience of these? As it is St David’s Day tomorrow I thought I would make some Welsh cakes. The griddle is bastard to get to the right temperature and keep it there. Had it on a medium heat and still ended up with quite a few burnt offerings. Thinking I may have to revert to the old faithful electric crying pan though that is not without its issues.
