How little do you actually have to earn to get any UC?

DH earns £410 per week. Its looking like I'm going to lose my job soon. We have one DC age 13. We're not entitled to any UC.

Does that sound right?

@Slimemonster The children are with me full time, no one else claiming but it’s because of the house I’m renting out. I went on the online calculator and put it all in and I’m not entitled to any part of UC.

I only receive child benefit so that on top of the 400. But it just goes so quickly.

But I do understand it’s the equity in the house. I don’t really want to sell and living with my folks is only temporary.
