Fabric conditioner love! What's your choice?

Hot topic for a Sunday night! What's your go to fabric conditioner?

I always seem to go back to comfort the blue one. Loving the strawberry scent too. I find Comfort stronger smelling than others.

Any recommendations? It has to be a long lasting scent!

Fairy

Method tropical coconut! Love it but have to have a second one on offer because the dds moan about it. Dh and ds couldn’t give a shit so they get tropical coconut too Grin
I always stock up when they’re on offer as I think they’re nearly a fiver a bottle and I don’t know about anyone else but when the bottle says it lasts 38 washes mine does about 10 Confused

I used to love comfort pure but it made me heave when pregnant and now I can't stand it. Same with fairy!

I do use the lenor spring awakening one, and it smells lovely and fresh.

I love the idea of the Marseilles soap one, I adore that smell!

I like the Tesco lavender one. Also the comfort strawberry and lily

PinkForgetMeNot · 01/03/2022 21:13

I used to like light green Comfort naturals aloe Vera a few years ago but it was discontinued.
I bought a savon de marseille fab con from frenchclick a while back but it wasn't my cup of tea. I like the soaps though.
I normally use fairy but might try the honeysuckle and sandalwood one people have mentioned.
Favourite Washing powder is Daz, Ariel or surf lavender

DinkleyDooDoo · 01/03/2022 21:33

Has to be the gold comfort intense - luxurious I think it’s called. I just keep coming back to it. Smells gorgeous but not too overpowering.

justasoul · 01/03/2022 21:41

The yellow ecover. I love it, always stock up when I find it on offer. I find that changing the washing powder is enough to change the way it smells to me - some make it smell nicer than others. Fairy is the best, Persil the worst, currently using Tesco’s own non bio and it’s quite pleasant.

@tintodeverano2

Nenuco is my favourite one. Expensive over here though. I'm surprised that there's not any similar scents in the UK.

That's Spanish isn't it ? Lovely lemony smell.

Comfort Honeysuckle and Sandlewood when I can find it
B&M and Ocado have it Smile

Yellow Lenor for me x

SomethingOnce · 01/03/2022 23:37

The yellow ecover. I love it, always stock up when I find it on offer.

Ecover Gardenia - me too, @justasoul, it’s lovely!

Sainsbury’s Greencare Magnolia and Aloe is a nice alternative when the Ecover’s full price.

I find the fragrances of the non-eco ones tend to be a bit overpowering.

Orangesox · 01/03/2022 23:43

I used to love the Aldi Strawberry and Magnolia one, but continuous supply issues lead me elsewhere.

Now using Comfort Ultimate Care Coco Fantasy as it’s also quite fresh. I’m not not a big fan of the heavily floral scents, and the mystery “blue” scents, spring and such like give me dreadful allergy symptoms and a splitting headache.

justasoul · 02/03/2022 00:01

I might give that one a try, @SomethingOnce - though Tesco has the ecover on offer at the moment so I just bought 2 bottles! Grin

longtompot · 02/03/2022 13:46

Lenor yellow
Lenor gold orchid

But can't use those as they irritate my daughters skin so we use either Fairy or their snuggle soft one, which I prefer. I also use a non bio powder, either Fairy or Persil.

I see Lenor blue has been mentioned a few times, which I used to use but when I was pregnant I went off it and it still makes me feel sick

LadyEloise1 · 04/03/2022 09:39

M&S did a gorgeous one called something like Vanilla Dreams a few years back.
Definitely Vanilla something. It was in a gold container.
Feckers discontinued it.
Just like they discontinued the darkish milk chocolate bar with freeze dried raspberries. I've not forgiven them. Smile

RewildingAmbridge · 04/03/2022 09:45

Ecover almond and apple blossom or if I can't get it Lenor honeysuckle and sandalwood. I always use the latter on bedding. DS gets ecover 0
