You order online, select collection date a few days ahead to sure it would be ready. All great. Chose Saturday as only day I can go in due to work, only have the morning free.

Collection date arrives. Item doesn't come into store until after 12.

What's the fucking point of choosing a collection date...?

For future choose the next day then it will be there for you when you want it . They keep it for 10 days .

It's always after 12, often after 2 here it's pretty clear when you order

Obviously yes. But why have a collection date when the item isn't available.

Surely their systems should get the item in ahead of close of business the day before.

Simple operational basics.

Yep it's all on the website when you order , it says it will be available after 12 on that day so you should have ordered it fro the day before if you wanted it to be there all day on your chosen day . You will know for next time .

It does say 'after 12' but I agree, it would make sense if they delivered the Saturday items on Friday. It's not perishable!

Next is awful, I order a lot of stuff from them to collect and things are regularly delayed after being ordered / late / sometimes cancelled - it’s a bit annoying.
