Kindle issue

I have the Kindle Paperwhite, had it for several years

It's so incredibly slow now at turning on/off and also going into the kindle store etc.

Is this not am for anyone with the same model? Can I do anything to make it quicker? It's really frustrating

Hey, I have the same problem with my paperwhite and the only thing I found to speed it up (a little) was to delete all of my books off it (they are stored on your amazon cloud anyway) so now I delete as I go - hope this helps.x

I never use the kindle store on the kindle. I use my phone and buy the books from amazon and send them to the kindle from there

Mine is the same! I deleted most of the books off and it helped but definitely didn’t solve it
