Ovens - advice please!

We are finally doing a new kitchen and I can't decide on the best way to do the ovens. I've decided to go for a steam combi. Should I do:

• 60x60 full size steam combi plus 45cm microwave combi or

• 60x60 regular oven plus 45 cm steam combi or
• 60 x 60 regular oven plus 60cm steam combi (no microwave)

Any thoughts from anyone who has recently grappled with the overwhelming number of options?

We went with 2 x 60cm - one regular, one with steam options.microwave is in utility room and barely used.
by far they biggest challenge is learning how to use the steam in your cooking. Mine only has a 25% steam option - if you are serious about cooking with steam I would recommend one with a high percentage option too. Different males have different settings so it’s hard to convert recipes - it’s a bit of trial and error.

Oh! Thanks loads for getting back to me. Which of your two ovens do you use more? Steam or regular?? How do you find cleaning your steam oven? We think we may have decided on large regular oven and steam combi 45, its the cleaning bit that has swayed us. But in an ideal world Id have a larger oven for steam cooking - thanks for the tip on steam percentage! Cheers! X
