Just curious really, I have 5831 points which equates to £58.31, I want to see who has the most! Is there a max amount of points you can have?? I've saved up my points for 2 years 🙈

I’m down to about £10 worth of points although I do have an online order on its way which will boost this. I bought a bottle of Chanel No 5 in December with points which was a nice early Christmas present for me.

MyGPsurgeryisUseless · 25/02/2022 19:49

I had around £100 then spent some at Christmas

Now have around £37 - I’m part of the contact lens scheme so net whatever £26 a month is in points I also get sent loads of an extra £5 worth of point stuff

WhatTheWhoTheWhatThe · 25/02/2022 19:50

I had a couple of hundred just before Xmas as we bought all our kitchen appliances from Boots online.

MadisonAvenue · 25/02/2022 19:58

£79

Talking of Boots points, I always have the coupons by mail (double points to use twice, total spend etc) and when one lot expire there’s always some to replace them. That’s been the case for years.

I realised when I went to pay last time I was in there that I hadn’t been sent them. I checked the app to see if they’d been added onto there instead but no, so I emailed customer service and was told that they’re sent randomly so you won’t get them every single time.

I just find it odd that I’ve always had a coupon booklet and wondered if this is a new thing they’ve brought in to cut down on the number of points they give out by not sending coupons to every card holder, or if I’ve just been lucky to get them every single time.

£45 worth. I have no idea what I'm saving them up for.

Now, if we're talking Nectar points... ;)

EatSleepReplete · 25/02/2022 20:51

£72, I’m saving up for perfume.

LuckyCharm9 · 25/02/2022 20:59

Around £320, I buy all my friends baby stuff for her in there to boost it.

JetBlackSteed · 25/02/2022 21:13

£38.66 that I had forgotten about, as I'm rarely in that shop.
Might have a look see what I can spend them on.

HariboMaroon · 25/02/2022 21:14

4 pounds.
Recently spent 12 pounds on my card. I only buy eye drops in there and the odd item.

I can get everything else in there cheaper at the supermarket or wilkos.

LoopyDream · 25/02/2022 21:21

I had £130 before Christmas, and I bought a perfume and then £50 of toiletries for the food bank. I felt amazing! I do spend way too much in Boots though

ImInStealthMode · 25/02/2022 21:31

About £2 worth at the moment. I've had much much more at times. My work used to do a promotion in conjunction with a charity where we gave away dozens and dozens of bottles of suncream to clients. I was always happy to go pay and pick it up Wink

Namechangedforspooky · 25/02/2022 21:34

I had about £150 worth at one point then I didn’t use my card for over a year (had 2 cards on the go) and they all got automatically deleted. I was gutted. Customer services wouldn’t do anything!

pradavilla · 25/02/2022 21:34

Currently about £40 something but it was nearly £95 prior to Xmas. I don't actually shop in boots that much 😂 I do get lots of bonus points though like 1000 points if I spend £50 which is quite easy near Christmas time.

RoseMartha · 25/02/2022 21:40

Currently about £3 but I did spend about £15 recently with my points on bits and pieces I needed.

Macademiamum · 25/02/2022 21:41

I got excited reading that thought I haven't checked or used them in ages so must be loads

Only £4.95

I have been using Superdrug a lot more Now my kids are bigger. Used to use boots more for the baby club bits. But now I don't buy formula or baby food in there it's really only the occasional bit of skin care or pharmacy

sueelleker · 25/02/2022 22:12

I was in a Boots queue the other day, and they told someone in front of me that if you don't use your card within a year they cancel the points.

That's mean.
TheChosenTwo · 25/02/2022 22:35

I’ve got about £30 on mine.
I do my boots shopping all on the app, shampoo and conditioner and shower gels, toothpaste and then some beauty bits. They have always got points offers on the app, really random things but often things i want or need so just add the offers.
I also wait until there are points offers or 20% off the premium beauty (or whatever it’s called) as my moisturiser and spf are on that bit aswell as a couple of my other staples.
Every now and then when it gets to about £50 i treat myself to some makeup.

Newestname002 · 26/02/2022 10:13

£17 worth. I just don't shop as much in Boots as I used to. Last time I had loads of points (about £300 worth) one of my purchases was a Philips Sonicare electric toothbrush- still going strong, years later. 🌹
