Help needed with name of glass brand please!

Can anyone help me and my addled brain?
I’m trying to remember the name of a company that made little glass ‘trinkets’. They stocked them in John Lewis, things like a glass square with a red love heart in the middle, they also made mirrors, quite small, about 20cm x 20cm.

I have one of their mirrors but there is no mark on it at all, and it’s doing my head in trying to remember!

Thank you to everyone for your suggestions. Unfortunately having checked out Spaceform’s website it looks like they’ve stopped doing their mirrors, but at least that’s one thing I can stop wondering about.
