We're about to move into our new house and I'd be really grateful for some advice... We're been on a pre-payment metre here and, despite everyone telling me I'd hate it, it's been fine. Two of us in a 3 bed house has been approx £60/month elec and £60/month on gas (Winter) and approx £40/month elec and £20/month gas (Summer.)
I’m under no illusions that when we move and have to go onto a proper direct debit we won’t know what’s hit us – but does anyone have any recommendations of who to go with, and what kind of tariff to get?
New House is also 3 bed but bigger. Only 2 of us still, so will only heat the rooms we use. Both out all day but tend to be in most of the weekend. Anyone hazard a guess how much I should budget per month? (House is a 3 bed detached in Derbs if that makes a difference.)
