Hi, just wondering if anyone has any advice? I got a court order today to change my childrens surnames, can anyone advise me on what the next steps are? Is the court order enough to change there names at school, doctors and to order passports? or would I need to do a deedpoll? if i do need a deedpoll do i need a solicitor as a witness. Thankyou.
