Anyone Job Hunting?

I need to seriously start looking for a new job as the role I am currently doing is coming to an end. (Contract, project is closing down).

I had a 30 min "chat" yesterday for a role I would really like, and the waiting for feedback is shredding my nerves somewhat. I prepared well for it, but have no idea how it went, apart from it was pretty free flowing conversation, I answered all the questions, gave relevant examples and asked a few of my own.

Luckily my CV is all up to date, and there is plenty of work in my area of expertise but I am starting to feel anxious. So instead of poking my nose in the fridge, here I am looking for some solidarity!

Anyone in the same boat?

I am job hunting, have a couple of offers but they are really not jobs I can get excited about. Went for an interview on monday and still waiting to hear, it's the waiting that is so awful and having to take the rejection calls. I reckon half the time they already have someone lined up.

@Babyroobs it is awful isn't it? I do have a lot of work to complete still, but I can't settle down to it.

Congratulations on the job offers, it's always good to have the option
