I'd like to see the clocks go forward at the start of March

I understand why year round summer time would be difficult for those in the north of England and Scotland. Going forward at the start of March does not have these issues and would almost always be before Mother's day.

Yes I agree OP, I don't know why we have to wait until the end of March. The first Sunday in March would be much better than the last!
