I’m in the final stages of a recruitment process for a role with a Bio Tech Start Up.

One of the interviewers said something about them having a reputation, and I should have asked what he meant but I didn’t..

So, as someone who has never worked in a Pharma/ BioTech industry before, what do I need to know? Warts and all.

In terms of the industry itself - was he referring maybe to the Theranos case, which got a lot of headlines?
