Dublin restaurant recommendations

For a milestone birthday.
One vegetarian, one entirely not fussy person!
Would like nice but not stuffy/fancy. Not a tasting menu. Up to about €100 a head?

Oh also meant to ask, need something else cheap and cheerful for a meal out on the other night!

The Winding Stair is lovely especially if you get a window seat.
