I'll try keep this short,
Ex partner and father to 3 of my children has been denied contact with them for nearly 2 & a half years due to physical, mental & emotional abuse ( pending court ). He has point blank refused to pay child maintenance, went self employed with a taxi firm and hasn't responded to any of the CMS letters. He sold a property last April and made over 80k on it yet won't put his hand in his pocket to settle what he owes. The CMS have done nothing to assist...I have contacted them with plenty of information and they haven't acted on it. I guess my question is - has anyone been in this situation before and actually had a result through the CMS or am I as well cutting my losses and struggling on??
