Brisket / rib roast

I was planning a brisket cottage pie for dinner, Sainsbury's are delivering a 'small rib roast' instead. What can I make that isn't a roast dinner?

Slow cook it so it falls apart then do a cottage pie with that. Lots of rich gravy and creamy mashed potato on top. Delicious.
