Goodies through the post

My dd and dsil are having a bit of a rough time lately and I have been sending them the odd foodie type hamper through the post. The latest have been all the ingredients for a full English breakfast, a Cornish cream tea and doughnuts.
Any suggestions please for something different which will make a nice meal? By that I mean not snacks or cheeses etc.

How about something from Dishpatch or Cote at Home? They're restaurant meals which are prepared and just need cooking/heating.

Thank you.

Another suggestion would be Cook frozen meals - they don't deliver everywhere so you'd have to check, but the quality is very good. They're pretty much home cooked meals frozen.

Not cheap, but Rick Stein delivers 3 course meals that just need heating (sometimes in stages) and serving.
