Advice re weights/strength training please

Hi I've recently bought some 3kg weights can anyone recommend a good routine I could follow?

Can I access jillian Michaels for free?
There are a few short things on YouTube but for the full workouts I think you need to buy the DVDs.

Day 1 today, weighed in and also did a work out after work. (Also had a piece of cake, probably about 1/3 of the size of usual portion. Its homemade and couldnt resist.. felt like id earnt it after working out :( )

Another Jillian Michaels fan here. I’ve been doing her workouts regularly for almost a year and my body shape has really transformed. I’ve been doing running, cardio, spinning and loads of other exercises over the years but training with weights has made the most difference with regards toning.

Jillian has an app but you have to pay for it. Look up Caroline Girvan on YouTube too. She has loads of free weights videos, she’s amazing!

I recommend Body fit by Amy on YouTube. Lots of free workouts mix of just dumbbells/ kettlebells & body weight.

Heather Robertson does loads of free online classes. Mostly with weights and 3kg will be perfect.
