How to increase libido

Help.... I have been on the implant for 8 years but had it renewed a year ago and literally now I hate sex. Serious! I have zero sex drive and its putting strain on my marriage. I have the most wonderful husband who adores me (and sex) and I adore him too but literally I dread bedtime. I absolutely hate when he starts initiating sex as I just hate it I have no desire at all to do the deed . I really want this to change though. How can I change this or what can I do to kickstart things again. I am reluctant to go on pill as I am terrified of forgetting but I just don't know what to do.
Any tips welcome 🙏

I have no advice but following with interest. I could of written your post only difference is I'm on the pill. I've tried coming off it but made no difference. When we do have sex it's great but I just have zero interest. I do suffer with back pain so that's part of the reason I dread it but I sincerely wish I didn't as it really is important. Hoping someone has inspiration

Thanks so much for your input I was really thinking it was just me. I feel your pain as it is so frustrating and I feel incredibly guilty that I literally cringe when my hubby starts to get his groove on then I feel horrible because he would be so hurt if he knew.
