I’m early thirties & feel like I should probably start taking some sort of vitamins now. I don’t really know where to start if I’m honest do hoping people can help.

I’m a busy mum of 2, work part time & eat an ok ish diet but probably could improve asi do have a sweet tooth. What do people suggest?

If you have a good diet on the whole and don't drink too much alcohol the only one you definitely need is vitamin D3 (ideally adding K2 to improve absorption).

A healthy person shouldn't really need (although may benefit from) anything else. If you have symptoms that you think maybe associated then ideally a blood test will help.

If you wanted something else, most people are also low on magnesium as there is no longer so much in vegetables as the soil is depleted.

Agree vitD is the most common deficiency in the UK.
