Healthy Start Card Issues

Anyone else had this issue with their Start Card/s? My first shop went okay, as did my second and third shop, but on the fourth shop it stopped working (there was enough money in, as the pin was still working so I checked at the cash machine). I tried other supermarkets with the same result, so I ordered a new card. Lo and behold, the exact same thing happened: The first three shops were fine, then it stopped working. I have now ordered yet another card.

Yes!! I have had the same issue, and even though I’ve used the correct pin, it’s now blocked.

I don’t know what to do… I put in a email over 3 days ago however I’ve not received a response as of yet

Don't waste your time emailing. The reply I eventually got from them was tantamount to "give us a ring". I'm on my 8th or 9th card - which is finally being okay - hope that hasn't jinxed me!. Until this one, it was rare for a card to work more than three times (five times once).Make sure you put the card into the card holder and type the pin in. This current card initially worked by tapping but then stopped, but then I used the pin numbers and they were fine.

I’ve found that putting your card in and typing the pin works, rather than using it contactless. I’ve also found that on occasions when you’ve used it contactless and it declines, it still takes the money from the card with each attempt you make to try to pay with the card. Therefore I have resorted to not using the contactless at all now.

Ive had endless issues; out of interest how do you know if the card has been charged? Is there a way to check the transactions online like a statement? Thanks!!

@MamaCool1980 you can phone this number: 0300 330 2090 and go through the options to listen to your balance.

Does any one no how to unlock your healthy start pin as I tried to unblock it at Lloyd’s bank at the post office cash machine and asda and none of them would let me unlock my pin if any one no how to do it could you reply and let me no

You need to phone Healthy Start and they will either unlock it for you, or will
have to give you a new code for it.
