What's for dinner?

Looking for inspo for tonight's dinner.

I've got frozen broccoli and cauliflower, green beans and peas. In the fridge I've got a courgette, mushrooms, spinach, Italian red and green peppers, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, radishes, coriander and celery that's only good for cooking now.

Any ideas, while telling me what you're having?

Vegetable/primavera risotto with a side salad?

We’re having tuna pasta bake with garlic bread as have lots of leftover pasta sauce I made from the weekend and I cba to cook today.
