How much is your 15 week old babes drinking? Mine is on 4oz every 2 hour day and night. Feel like this is too much?

Every 2 hours seems often for that age.

Have you tried up'ing the oz to see if they'll go a longer stretch?

Are they draining each bottle? This is a sign they more. So instead of feeding frequently give a bigger bottle which may settle them for longer
