I believe they’re a Cornish wafer (cracker?)

LadyGAgain · 16/02/2022 22:33

Jacob's butter puffs?

mnahmnah · 16/02/2022 22:35

Cornish wafers! A staple in my grandma’s house, they always remind me of her!

Crinkle77 · 16/02/2022 23:18

I was thinking butter puffs too. Mmm they're so yummy with loads of butter on.

Lovely thank you. DH head out as soon as the storm lets up a bit outside. Sickness bugs are a painSad

No, not butterpuffs. I bought them already and they were different - he won’t even touch them.

Cornish wafers. I love trying to bite them so that they snap them along the perforations.

plain rice cakes can also be useful for dodgy tummy.
and the old fizzy drink trick. pour a little, go flat, sip.
carr's water biscuits are very plain but a little too hard maybe.
cornish wafers are good. just the texture is distracting.
good luck.

I agree they're probably Cornish wafers. I stopped buying cracker selection boxes when I realised these were my favourites by far and now just buy a pack or two of these at Christmas.

You can get them in all the big supermarkets as far as I know, but not Aldi or Lidl unfortunately.

Thanks all. They were indeed cornish wafers. DS has managed to eat half the packet so far so fingers crossed we’re turning a corner
