2yo. How much fruit is "too much"?

My daughter was 2 in December. I'm worried she eats too much fruit a d that it's bad for her.

Examples of a day
Today; a dozen or so blueberries, a banana, a satsuma
Yesterday; banana, mango slices, mini apple

She would usually have around 3 a day. Sometimes more though.

She eats veggies all the time too. So like today for lunch she had a chicken sandwich, olives, tomatoes, gherkin, carrot stick. And dinner she had spinach, potato and lentil curry.

She never has smoothies. It's always whole fruit.

2 portions a day is recommended maximum out of the 5 a day fruit and veg. Not good to have too much fructose. I also wouldn't give 2 portions of a high sugar, exocit fruit (kiwi, mango, banana, pineapple) and try to mainly have apples, pears and berries.

My 21 month olds eat at least that much fruit, if not more!

But the rest of her diet sounds amazing so I wouldn't stress too much.

Honestly it’s very hard to eat too much fruit, the exceptions bring dried fruit and bananas. Let her eat as much as you can get into her. Likewise veg. You may face exploding nappies mind you but then again if her body is used to it, probably not.

What you describe doesn’t sound like that much.

Yea both my kids eat shit kids of fruit, even had an issue with teeth. They barely eat veg though!

Banana (with breakfast), melon, grapes (lunch), raspberries and blueberries (afternoon snack) usually for my 2yo! She loves fruit and is a creature of habit so I'll change it up occasionally if I've run out of something and substitute for apples but generally its the above every day. She seems fine! Doesn't get much else sugary so I'm fine with it.
