Spent over 600 quid on a living room carpet which has darkened by my patio doors in a very unsightly rectangle shape in less than two years. Theres a ten year guarantee on the thing so i lodged a complaint, three months later an independent inspector arrived, spent an hour looking at it taking video and photos. Just had a call from the store to tell me that what has developed is not a manufacturing fault so they wont be doing anything, great, im now stuck with a horrid looking carpet so much for the bloody guarantee! Be warned everyone Tapi are shit.
