I used to smoke. I was a teenager and I smoked for 20 years. When I was a teenager, I was a light smoker but as the years progressed I became a heavier smoker with 20 a day.
By the time I came into my 30s, I didn't like the habit. I wanted to give up. The habit was getting too expensive. It took me another few more years to kick the habit. I was 35. I wanted to give up. I needed to give up.
I use ld the vape to give up smoking and it was all in all a very successful journey and experience. Back in 2020 I reached a point where I turned to 0 strength in the nicotine. Over a few months I began to rely on the vape less and less. By accident I gave up the vape.
About a month ago I said I will never take up smoking again. I think I am at point where I would feel sick if I had another cigarette.
Im struggling with a few different stresses right now.
- health stress and waiting on biopsy results
- work related stuff
- family related stuff with some mental health issues from a a sibling
Over the past fortnight, I developed some cravings that I am battling but I feel myself that I am going to fail. These cravings are intense.
I wonder would it be a good idea to get new vape equipment and some 0 strength nicotine and I could vape 0 strength and I could have the hand to mouth action of a cigarette. Would that work.
