I had a baaaaad day

Such a rubbish day today...

Started the day feeling very positive. Today is the first day of the rest of my life 😁

I met a string of angry rude people. Then my chicken casserole went wrong. Then to top it off, an encampment arrived in the car park opposite my bedroom which will mean weeks of noise and disruption throughout the night for weeks on end (and I don't mean travellers, it's bloody film crews).

Sometimes I think it's best to just not tempt fate by being trying to be positive....because every time I try, life reminds me that "uh, oh no, peacefulness and occasionally enjoying life is definitely not for you my dear "

Life seems to be shite for a few people on here at the moment (not me).

It might cheer you up to mosey down to the film crew to see what they are up to. You might be dragged in to be an extra!

Just don't offer any leftover casserole as I believe film crews enjoy great catering!

@bloodywhitecat Today has been okay, generally a bit rubbish, but I do find that if I just cheerfully expect rubbish anything else is a bonus! Today it took me 1.5 hours to travel 2.5 miles....because of the bloody buses!! And thanks to the storm I arrived at my destination looking like worzel gummidge 😂!! But really it was lovely feeling the wind on my face and the rain (frizzing) my hair. I'm grateful for nature 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Deathraystare 😂the casserole has gone in the bin!!! I put it in the fridge after I finished, and today....well I have never seen anything like it before 😳, it was like chicken and thyme jelly! I did give my cat a little bit before I binned it, and my cat thought it was delicious! That made my day

That's cute. I've had a shit day...and I totally agree with your philosophy. No point even tryna have a happy day because the universe be like ahaha don't be silly...just no lol and rn over on my post nobody is understanding where I'm coming from at all really so that's just made my day that little bit worse. Gonna put my phone down and go to sleep before it gets any worser still.

Did you leave the bones in the chicken? The jelly is collagen. You could have frozen it is blocks to use like stock cubes (that's basically all the knorr ones are) or just kept it and given it to the cat, its perfectly fine for them.
