I have a face to face job interview tomorrow, a job I'm super excited about and would absolutely love.

I've already sailed through the online Teams interview with HR but this is at the site with -gasp- real people!

I haven't interviewed for about 4 years and I'm not sure what to prep for really. HR have already done all the 'Tell me about your successes/challenges at work' questions. Do you think it will be more of the same?

It's for a specialist (desk based) engineering role.

Biggest career disappointment/mistake and what did you learn from it?

How would a colleague that doesn't like you describe you in 3 words?

What support will you need if you get the job?

What is your preferred style or working/management/delegation?

What role do you prefer to play in a large team?

Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?

Rest was competency based, teamwork, project management, customer focused, adaptability, coaching, additional learning etc.

I know nothing about engineering so hopefully someone can post better, more relevant questions.
