After the dreadful scenes showing a footballer kicking his cat, I have just seen appalling film of (Sir) Mark Todd hitting a grey pony many times to get it to jump into water. |"Toddy" has been one of my heroes but not any more. Anyone who deals with horse know that they need encouragement and possibly a "lead" to go into water at first.

A truly shocking piece of film and I hope it is thoroughly investigated. Apparently, it is about two years old. If The Queen sees it I hope she takes away his knighthood.11

It’s disgusting. I agree the penalties are far too lenient for these horrible crimes.

The footage is bloody horrendous. I hope the book is thrown at him and his knighthood is taken away.
