Compensation companies

I'm looking for a recommendation for a 'have you had an accident which wasn't your fault' company.

I had a fall over a hazard which the council admitted was dangerous and, amongst other injuries, have broken my ankle.

I wouldn't normally think of claiming for compensation but I've been unable to work any overtime and will have lost 1/4 of my usual income for nearly 3 months. I've also been unable to drive and so DC have had to take taxis to regular activities which has cost quite a bit.

A lot of people have suggested that I should sue but I've no idea which company I should use.

I'm sure one of these companies could offer help, but you say that you're left unable to work overtime. Can you explain further?
If you're able to work normally then it might be difficult to make a claim for overtime which isn't a right.

That's awful @goodnightgrumble, I'm so sorry.

Thank you for recommendations.

The 'overtime' part of my job involves being on my feet the whole time so I can do that atm.
