eBay listings inaccurate as why are so many preloved reusable nappies listed under New or New (other)?

I can’t find a way to contact eBay but it’s really confusing / time-wasting that most sellers are inaccurately listing their nappies as new when they aren’t , and it only becomes clear when you click on it to read the description as title page claims new.
Is this normal? And Is eBay normally so difficult to contact about this sort of thing?thanks!

It's because you are not allowed to sell used reusable nappies on ebay

because Ebay doesn't allow you to list nappies as second hand. It's against their rules to sell second hand underwear and that includes nappies.

There is a huge market for second hand reusable nappies, and if they're being sold on ebay then there is no option to list them "honestly". I know it's annoying but please don't complain about specific listings to ebay - you'll only make them more vigilant about removing "misleading" items, and price lots of people out of using reusables which would be a great shame.

Ah that is really helpful to know. Thank you! And yes reusable nappies should be allowed as much more environmental ! I gave all mine away only to find we unexpectedly need nappies again
