Does anyone follow him on Facebook?
I never did although I've seen the film and read the books and met him and Bob.

But I've just looked at his Facebook page and he's not coming across well.
He's coming across like he's not well and not coping

And it the way he writes is nothing like the books or the column in the magazine which makes you think now that someone else writes all that.

I can’t see his fb page what sort of things is he writing?

I just had a look. Very strange, claiming he didn't get a penny for the films? Taking money from people for items, not sending the goods and then complaining they asked for refunds. Plus fundraising for an expensive wedding etc.

I can see 3 different profiles for him but none suggest anything out of the ordinary.

Which I think is wrong really. Even if you could say the person want to pay that for it.

Oh I get who he is now, the 'Street cat named Bob' guy. That's a film I always intended to see and didn't.

On facebook he seems to have a private group and a public one. I looked briefly at the public one and there are lots of nice photographs. Bob is one fit looking cat!

I know someone who works in relevant charity sectors, who has had some contact with JB. This person mentioned a while back that JB had relapsed into drug using. Bearing in mind that Bob the cat died last year, which would have been extremely distressing, it is likely that JB is currently unwell.

I just saw that Bob died, he looked like a beautiful cat. Having not read the book or seen the film (yet), I can't tell whether James Bowen is 'well' or not.

I remember reading the book and thinking but what's he going to do when he dies
