Safesearch?

I am suddenly unable to access everything on the internet with a message saying Safesearch is on. I am a grown up and don't need this?
When I have googled it says that the Safesearch is locked on and I am unable to change this as it can only be done by the administrator.
I don't understand. It's just little old me in my house using my iPad and phone.
I have recently changed my broadband. Could this have anything to do with it? It's driving me mad.

Whatever browser you're using, you should be able to right click on the icon and select 'run as administrator'. That may help you change the setting

Mine did this - I changed my settings through my sky TV (account had tv and broadband)

Thanks for answers. I rang Sky who I have my broadband with. They didn't know what Safesearch was but switched off their broadband shield and that seemed to do the trick.
