Anyone else finding it increasingly difficult to get job offers? I've had 4 interviews in the past 5/6 weeks but haven't had any good news so far I am applying for a variety of roles so not just ones where they're looking to employ only one person. A part of me feels as though I'm picked for interviews to fulfill the diversity quota when it comes to ethnicity.

Sorry you're feeling that way- maybe don't put anything in the ethnicity section from now on? You don't have to. I wish you luck with the job hunt, it is horribly disheartening, but things are so hard now post covid with so many looking for new jobs.

@pupcakes that's possible although my name is a huge giveaway anyway I had an interview this morning and should feel great but instead I'm the opposite. That's true, I guess I can just keep trying! I'm fortunate to currently have a job but it's one that just about covers bills, and I'm thinking ahead to prices rising everywhere.

My dh had over 40 interviews before he got offered a job! He was so disheartened by it all.

@MyGPsurgeryisUseless wow, 40 now that's patience. I'll tick that from now on and see if that makes a difference.
