Looking for some advice if anyone has been in the same position. I have had about 6 weeks worth of steroids for chest issues and have absolutely piled on the pounds. My appetite has been insatiable and could not get it under control. Anyway that's me off them and I am wondering will my appetite go back to normal? I am going to have some work to do to lose the weight but hoping I will be able to stop eating for 5 minutes!
