Interview on Wednesday. Feeling nervous

I have a telephone interview on Wednesday for a job in a field I've never worked in. While I have a lot of skills that are transferrable, I'm terrified that, in applying for the job, I've bitten off more than I can chew. I fulfil the essential requirements, but it's meeting the desirable ones that could trip me up.
I need some help to calm my nerves.

I find it’s helpful to remember that the interviewer wants you to do well. They aren’t trying to catch you out or expose any weaknesses. They want to know all your positives. They are as keen to fill the role as you are keen to find the right job. Good luck!

They’ve offered you an interview based on your application, so they obviously think that you have the skills required!

Make some notes, go over them and remember you are more than capable! Good luck!

As said above the interviewer wants you to do well!
Don't be afraid to ask questions. Take your time & don't panic!
We are all human. Chances are the interviewer may be nervous too.

UPDATE
Telephone interview finished. I think it went OK, however, I'm not sure I'll get through to the next stage. I guess I just have to wait and see what the email says when they let me know.

UPDATE
I didn't get the job. I only found out by logging into the online portal on the company website to see where they were up to. Would have been nice to get an email to offer feedback, but guess they had too many applicants for that.
No idea what I do wrong when I don't get the job as I don't feel like I do anything different when I'm successful.
