Netflix account keeps getting hacked.

I've never shared the password, I'm the only one who knows it.

When they hack my account they keep the main profile going so it takes a while to realise there is a problem (all the while they are using the other profiles).

Each time it's someone different, they change it to a different password, somewhere else in the world and the profiles are changed to a different language each time.

On the third time tbh is happened I changed my password with Netflix and Sky (which it's linked too) and it's happened again.

Has this happened repeatedly to anyone else?

And no one else knows my sky password and all passwords are different, I don't write them down etc etc

Yes it’s happened to us a few times. I have no idea how or why.

Why did it take 3 occurrences before you thought to change your Netflix password? Surely that's the first thing you do, not the last resort?

(I know that doesn't explain how it's been rehacked since, but if it was hacked once, I would always immediately change my password)

This has been happening to me/our account a lot! Especially the last year or so.
Internet security is intact and working.
I keep changing the password and requiring all devices to sign in again and still it keeps happening!
I contacted Netflix as I was getting so fed up but they were no help really!
Don’t know what the answer is hence following this thread now!
Getting seriously fed up with it now though!

Sorry I said that wrong.

I changed my Netflix password each time, but on the 3rd go they suggested I change my Sky password in case that was the issue.

Hi, resurrecting this old post, as we’ve had ours hacked for the 4th time in 4 months. Am fed up spending hours on chats and calls with Sky and Netflix trying to resolve this. Our Netflix is the basic package, part of our Sky bundle. The hacker upgrades to the premium version and seems to sell access. We’ve changed both sets of passwords but still happening.

Did you find a solution op? I’d happy give up both TV services but am getting pushback from others in the household!
