Hormone testing

I am looking to get my hormones tested and I wondered if anyone has had this done and where?

Which hormones and why?

Like menopausal?

Yes - for peri menopause. I am tired, gained weight, hair falling out in hand falls, sore breasts, no sex drive - apparently all signs

Bless you. I did an test that I bought online and it was positive but reviews of doing online tests were 50/50 as FSH levels can fall and rise with the cycle. Probably best route is the GP but there is no blood test the GP can do that reliably predicts menapause it's all to do with symptoms.
