I subscribed to Audible with noble intentions of my children and I listening to it regularly but sadly, they are not interested in it and I just don't find the time or inclination either. I have 6 credits. If I stop my subscription will I lose those credits?

I think you need to pause your subscription instead.

Yes you will. It's in their FAQs. You need to use the credits first then cancel your subscription.

You can suspend your subscription initially, so you are not spending for a while but it only suspends for 3 months I think. You can decide where to use your credits during that time though and then cancel your membership.

You can also gift books to other people with credits.
