Does anyone have insane dreams when drinking

Went out for dinner last night, had 3 small glasses of wine. Just finished dry jan so am probably a bit lightweight/low tolerance.

Apparently woke DH up a few minutes ago screaming and crying, Keifer Sutherland is stalking me and is going to kill me, someone had paid for a hit and it can't be called off.

Wtf. Anyone else get this? It happens often when I've had a drink.

No but if I need a wee while I'm asleep I have utterly insane dreams.

I very rarely wake in the night for the loo and I have a bladder of steel Grin so won't wake up if I need a wee - just the insane dreams...

Yes to needing a pee causing weird anxiety dreams. PMT used to give me nightmares. Cheese too.

I sometimes have to take strong painkillers so I can sleep. They don't give me crazy dreams. But very intense realistic often boring dreams. But they always seem to be a dream just before I wake up, about waking up. Which leave me confused whether I am awake or not when I do wake up.
For example one morning I dreamt my neighbour was in my house using the house phone asking where his carer was. (He's got learning difficulties and his carers often get moved time slots and noone tells him) i heard his voice carry from the living room. I shouted his full name at him from my bed and told him to get out. I heard him leave and the front door shut. That all must have been a dream because I then did wake up. That dream was so real my room, my clothes, the house noises were all much more realistic than a usual dream. I got up and checked the front door, which was locked. My DH had been in the kitchen and had to convince me none of that had happened.
