Cars for three kids

We'll need two isofix type car seats and a booster. Wondering what to buy. Thinking cheap to mid range (DH has a nicer car and it costs a bomb everytime it goes into the garage,so would rather avoid Audi/BMW types for this reason). We are the type to buy a car and keep it for ten years, so potentially should think about more than five seats for future sports team chauffeur duties or similar.

Would appreciate any advice and recommendations please.

We have a Subaru Forester. It's our second, the first lasted 12 years and went 140,000 miles. It was very reliable and not terribly expensive to get serviced. It seats five comfortably. If you want more than five seats you're in minivan territory.

I like my Citroen c4 Picasso. It fits 2 isofix with a booster in the middle. You can get the grand version if you want 7 seats.

Ford S Max or VW Sharan

Renault Scenic is great for fitting three little kids in the back! Lots of room for prams etc into the boot, but it's not monstrously huge for parking etc. If you get a seven seater now for future proofing you will compromise a little on boot space but will still fit a pram easily.

Ford C Max. Seven proper seats, loads of room. I love ours and have had it for six years.
