Black Work Trouser recommendations

Hi lovely mumsnetters

I am looking for recommendations for a pair of black trousers for work. Need to be smart but not business like and modern.

Also suitable for someone who is only 5’2” and pear shaped. Around a size 12. Good fit and not too expensive.

Would love to hear your recommendations.

I found a lot of choice including short length at AmbroseWilson.

I wear M&S slim fit ankle grazers
they do a cotton blend or jersey depending on how much stretch you want. I like the cotton blend myself.

I get mine from H&M

Uniqlo smart trousers which have an elasticated waist (but don't look like it, and have belt loops so you can put a belt on if you want to).

The model here is 5'5" and you can see they're quite ankle grazing, so they might fit you just right at the top of your shoe.
