Anybody who's recently been on a skiing holiday to Italy able to answer a quick question?

Do they check your super green covid pass each time you get the ski lift etc? Is it something that you absolutely can't get away with not having as a teen?

I haven't been skiing recently but when we went to Italy in October half term all the restaurants we went to were very strict about checking our green passes.

Yes. You won't get anywhere near a ski lift if you don't have a valid Super Green Pass. It's not just the ski lift- you can't eat inside or outside a restaurant, go into a bar, take transport of any kind or enter public buildings without one.
